← PDF’D Up

From a folder to a finished PDF.

  1. Unzip your download, move PDFD Up.app into Applications, and open it. Requires macOS 13 Ventura or newer.
  2. Drop images or a folder into the window, or choose Add frames. JPEG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC, WebP, and PDF are supported. Each imported PDF page becomes one frame.
  3. Enter your project title. Drag the rows to reorder, or use Sort by name for numerical filename order.
  4. Open Branding. Upload a logo or enter header text, choose a font and colors, and add any contact details you want on every page. Transparent PNG logos work especially well.
  5. Choose Horizontal for 3 or 10 images per page, or Vertical for 6 or 12. Choose a standard Letter page or a tall 9:16 page under Page size. Vertical layouts use 9:16 image slots; images keep their full proportions without cropping or stretching.
  6. Choose an output folder and click Generate PDF. Use Show in Finder to find the finished file.

About the 25 MB limit

The app reduces image resolution and JPEG quality as needed to keep the PDF below 25,000,000 bytes. Very large batches may need to be split. Text remains sharp, and your original files stay unchanged.

What’s saved?

Your branding and output-folder access are remembered on this Mac. The image list and project title belong to the current session; export before closing, and keep the original folder for future revisions. Existing PDFs are never overwritten.
